The 25th Monthly Meeting.

The 25th Monthly Meeting of our Association was held on 9th September, 2024 in the Senior Citizen welfare Association Bhavan at 5.00 PM.
The discussions and resolutions are given below;

Minutes of 25th Meeting held on 9th September, 2024.

The 25th monthly meeting of senior citizen welfare association was held on 9th September, 2024 in the Senior Citizen Welfare Association Bhavan office at 5:00 PM.

The following agenda was discussed and resolutions were passed in the meeting.

1. Birthday greetings were extended by all members to the members born in the month of September.
2. President expressed is happiness for conducting the first monthly meeting in our own building.
3. President also thanked Ch. Hanumanth Rao Garu for his generous help by providing Grills to windows and 50-inch TV worth about Rs55,000, excluding the previous donation of Rs15,000.
The president asked all the members to express the appreciation by claps. All the members expressed their gratitude with claps.
4. The President expressed the future needs and requirements for the building.
5. Venu Mohan Rao Garu presented the financial statement in brief with a deficit of Rs1,75,000-00.
6. The President requested Narasimha Rao Garu to share his views about immediate requirements for the building.
7. Dr CM Prabhu Garu explained about viral diseases in the program “DOCTOR GARI SALAHALU”.
8. Under Question Hour Dr. C M Prabhu Garu cleared all the doubts of members.
9. The draw was held by the members for the chit of Series -1. Ramachandruni Subrahmanya Sai Garu won the draw.
The amount of Rs55,000-00 will be paid to him on or before 12th September, 2024.
10. The draw was held by the members for the chit of Series -2. Kasula Buchi Reddy Garu won the draw.
The amount of Rs50,000-00 will be paid to him on or before 12th September, 2024.
11. The meeting was concluded with vote of thanks by V. Narasimha Rao Garu.
